Our sever Beth was exceptionally equipped in restaurant language, as well as hospitality mannerisms. A place where Upper management visits your table and asks you, What may I do to make your experience better?. When you are already having a great experience. A quality meat that can be served as a breakfast Benedict. Quenching your hunger throughout the day. A timeless meal that earns the fitting term. RedeFINED Dining. ”

“ Absolutely OUTSTANDING! We held my daughters high school graduation party at Echo & RIg. BEST decision we could have ever made for a special occasion. We worked with Kathryn in special events & catering to create a menu that served everyone a good meal at a decent price. I was able to drop off our cake and simple decorations for the table before our dinner. The floor manager, wait staff and support team were AMAZING! Service was over the top. Everyone was very attentive to our needs. Our wine glasses (for the adults) were never empty and the food was outstanding! “ I discovered this gem in 2017! I try and come every trip to Vegas. The Portobello Fries are worth the trip alone and it’s a nose to tail butcher shop and restaurant. This visit we had an amazing tomahawk steak! I always let my friends visiting Vegas to venture out of the strip and downtown and explore this culinary gem! ”
“ Echo and rig is my go-to steakhouse. Every time friends from out of town want to go out somewhere nice This is where I take them. I like to go to the summerlin location. Its in an upscale location, and really is excellent. The hostess always remembers that I've been there before in greets me when I call a reservation in. Considering how good the food is it's not out of control for the price, some places on the strip are about the same quality of food but the price are substantially higher. If you're going to a restaurant like this you probably won't be thinking too much about the price anyway but it's nice to know that you're getting good value. Usually the ribeye cap gets sold out pretty fast, I had it one time and I didn't think it was worth the hype... I actually prefer the Spencer and some of the other steaks instead. The kale lollipop salad is great, the steak tartare is amazing as an appetizer, and there's a full bar in great selection of wines as well. My wife ordered her ribeye steak well done which is sort of a travesty in my book but I can't judge it, she is from a different culture and likes things how she likes them. ”

“ This place was as expected. Great food with an awesome atmosphere. We sat outside and the barmaid was extremely nice and attentive. Our food was exquisite and very tasty. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t hold off on trying the food so the pictures have been tasted. The crab cake was the only thing less than great. I’m from B- More and make crab cakes so I’m aware of what a great crab cake tastes like. ”
“ Amazing local steak restaurant, nice ambiance and great customer service. Food is always spectacular. This was a birthday dinner, we had an amazing time and they even had a cute sundae with a candle for the birthday girl. Drinks were also fantastic 10/10 if your on the west side and near Tivoli village I would highly recommend going for any special occasion or even just a nice dinner out. ”
